On the 8th February 2013, Stark Bros announced that they had purchased a shareholding in the new company of Green Fuels NZ Ltd.
Green Fuels NZ Ltd had purchased the BioDiesel Manufacturing and Distribution business of BioDiesel New Zealand Ltd.
Stark Bros and Ocean Fisheries have been proud users of BioGold branded BioDiesel since 2007, and look forward to continuing a strong relationship and to see this business grow and develop over coming years.
